AIMindbot, led by CEO Park Young-sook, announced the prototype of Mindbot, a humanoid robot developed

by MindChildren, a company founded by the Singularity Foundation, a global leader in AGI (general artificial

intelligence) related technologies. The company also said on Feb. 11 that it will start production in Korea in

earnest.

The prototype of  Mindbot is a robot that can have natural conversations with people, show emotions through

facial expressions, and move its hands and fingers freely.

It will be equipped with AI capabilities to provide education services to students in 2025, and will have unique

AI capabilities to provide personalized education services based on students' aptitude, learning achievements,

and learning environment.

The Mindbot will be equipped with AI education functions and tested this year, and mass production will begin

in the second half of 2026.

“In the near future, humanoid robots will be in charge of students' education, and the role of schools and

teachers will change dramatically,” said CEO Park.
“Tesla's Elon Musk has also predicted that humanoid robots will outnumber humans, and the era of humanoid

robots is bound to come due to the shortage of labor due to the declining population and the increase in the

number of elderly people.”

The production of Mindbot business is handled by Yujin Tech 1 (CEO Shin Kyeong-cheol), a robot specialist

company. CEO Shin has been in charge of robot design for 40 years and is a former chairman of the Korea

Association of Robot Industry.

Bae Young-hoon, director of AIMindbot, who is in charge of Mindbot's business, said, “We are receiving all

technology transfer from a specialized company that has experience in designing and manufacturing world-

class robots, and MindChildren is in charge of selling mindbots worldwide, so we plan to export about 70%

of the mindbots produced in Korea.”

Director Bae said, “Mindbot has superior functions compared to other competitors, and the potential market

for mindbots in the United States and Korea alone is close to 10 million units, and the price is low at 30 million

won, so it is likely to dominate the market.”

AIMindbot plans to attract the first investment of 3 to 4 billion won within the first quarter to establish a full-scale

mass production system.
